Please read the below mentioned instructions thoroughly and carefully for filling up the Application Form for transcript: -
As per latest directions recevied from the WES, all the Transcripts will be sent to the WES through online mode only with electronic/digital signatures of the authorized signatory.
No physical document will be forwarded to the WES as the same is not acceptable by WES.
The applicants are advised not to deposit any postage charges in the case of transcript applying with WES Reference No.
1. Please fill up correct information in the application form and document/certificates to be attached/uploaded document should be readable and complete from top to bottom and sides. If not, University will not be held responsible for any lapse/delay in this context.
2. Application will be processed for issuance of transcript within a period of
15 working days, if received complete in all respects. However, processing of your application form for transcript within the stipulated period as above will depend on availability of result record etc.
3. Transcript will be sent on the address to be filled up at the appropriate place in the application form.
4. All columns/fields are required to fill up carefully and correctly to avoid any delay.
5. Please see that Application Form cannot be edited after final submission.
6. Fill up separate Application Form for each course for online transcript e.g. B.Com, M.Com, B.B.A. , M.B.A, B.Tech, M.Tech etc.
7. Transcript will be issued by Registered Post/Speed Post (for abroad only)/ Online and will not be issued by hand at all.
8. Deposit fee for Postal Charges over and above the transcript fees strictly as per fee prescribed by postal department (Post Office).
9. No person is entitled to apply on someone’s behalf or receive his/her or another person’s Transcript from this office. Transcript will be mailed directly to the quarter concerned by this office within a period of 15 working days if application form complete in all respects.
10. In case of correction in particulars i.e. Registration No., Name, Father Name, Mother Name and College Name, the proof of Registration Card/correction slip issued by Registration Branch* may be uploaded with scanned copy of DMCs/Degree while filling up Application Form online for transcript.
Instructions for Re-issue DMC/Degree and Provisional Certificate
Fill Application Form online following procedure given below:-
1. All the particulars should be filled in accurately by the candidate. The office will not be held responsible for any kind of change/incomplete form. No application will be entertained thereafter.
2. Application Form will not be received by hand. You can apply for Re-issue DMC/Degree/Provisional Certificate online through www.csdocs.kuk.ac.in
3. DMC/Degree/Provisional Certificate will be issued by Regd. Post and will not be issued by hand.
4. Apply separate application form for each class/semester/part.
5. The requisite Certificate will be issued after the availability of the concerned record. For early issuance of the requisite certificate, if possible, copy of certificate required for re-issue may be uploaded while filling up Application Form for re-issue DMC/Degree/ Provisional Certificate.
6. In case of correction in particulars i.e. Registration No., Name, Father Name, Mother Name and College Name, the proof of Registration Card/correction slip issued by Registration Branch* may be uploaded while filling up Application Form online for re-issue DMC/Degree and the original DMC with incorrect particulars will be treated as cancelled.
7. In case of lost/damaged/destroyed DMC/Degree, photocopy of the requisite certificate (if available) may be uploaded while filling up Application Form for re-issue DMC/Degree and original DMC (Lost) will be treated as cancelled.
8. For issuance of Provisional Certificate , photocopy of the consolidated result (Grand Total DMC) of the requisite examination/class may be uploaded while filling up Application Form online.
9. Re-Issue certificate will be issued after three months from the date of declaration of result and two months after the issuance of original DMC/Degree.
10. In case of any discrepancy, Re-issue DMC/Degree/Provisional Certificate should be returned for replacement to this office within one month from the date of its dispatch. No application will be entertained thereafter.
11. Fee deposited for DMC/Degree/Provisional Certificate will be refunded only if the University is not in a position to issue the Re-Issue DMC/Degree/ Provisional Certificate due to non-availability of record.
12. In case of correction in particulars i.e. Registration No., Name, Father Name, Mother Name and College Name, Re-issue DMC/Degree will be re-issued replacing the original DMC/Degree containing error. Which require to be surrendered to the University by post/courier specify your Application No. on the top of envelope containing original DMC/Degree on the following address:
