The Kurukshetra University was established in 1956 as a unitary residential University and its foundation stone was laid by late Dr. Rajendra Prasad, the first President of India. Located in the holy city of Kurukshetra, land of the historical battle of 'Mahabharata' and the great message of Bhagwad Gita, its campus is situated on the western bank of Brahm Sarover (the holy tank) and extends over an area of over 400 acres. Starting with only the Department of Sanskrit, it has now grown into a multi-faculty University, one of the premier centres for advanced study and research.

Procedure for Procuring Transcript :-

As per latest directions recevied from the WES, all the Transcripts will be sent to the WES through online mode only with electronic/digital signatures of the authorized signatory.

No physical document will be forwarded to the WES as the same is not acceptable by WES.

The applicants are advised not to deposit any postage charges in the case of transcript applying with WES Reference No.

1. Fill up online Transcript form through www.csdocs.kuk.ac.in (Click on Apply New)

2. Mandatory items are marked with an asterisk (*).

3. Enter your email and mobile number which will be used for correspondence.

4. Upload .jpg file of your Signature & Photo. Maximum size of .jpg file can be 20KB to 100KB.

5. Upload copies of certificates to be scanned from original DMCs/Degree +Any other Form WES/IQAS/ICAS/CES/ NDEB/ICES Form etc. (if any) with reference number in a PDF format. While submitting PDF containing certificates and WES/IQAS/ICAS/ CES/NDEB/ICES Form etc, please see that all the documents/certificates are readable and 100% printable in A4 size. Maximum size of scanned .pdf file can be 2MB.

6. PAY ONLINE will display on the screen after you complete the process of filling the application form.

7. Online Fee Payment Mode through (Net Banking only)

8. Select the option PAY ONLINE. If the online payment transaction is successful. Take printout of the payment receipt containing unique Ref. No./ (Deposit ID), Transaction ID, Amount etc. Details of application form Transaction charges using different Payment Options are available on the Page.


Important Instructions For Transcript :-

Please read the below mentioned instructions thoroughly and carefully for filling up the Application Form for transcript: -

1. Please fill up correct information in the online application form and upload the readable and complete documents/certificates from top to bottom and sides. The University will not be held responsible for any lapse on the part of student. No application will be received offline in the office.

2. Application will be processed for issuance of transcript within a period of 15 working days if received complete in all respects and subject to availability of record.

3. Transcript will be sent on the address OR email (one option) to be filled up at the appropriate column in the application form.

4. All columns/fields are required to be filled up carefully and correctly to avoid any delay and ensure each and every columns of the Application Form has been filled up correctly as the form cannot be edited after final submission.

5. Fill up separate Application Form for each course.

6. For Abroad, the Transcript can be sent by Registered Post/Speed Post or Online Mode as per requirement of the candidate.

7. In case of utmost urgency the Transcript can be had by hand (within a day or so) after showing proof of urgency and by hand fee of Rs. 1000/-

8. The Postal Charges over and above the transcript fees will be strictly as per prescribed fee.

9. No person is entitled to apply on someone’s behalf or receive his/her or another person’s Transcript from this office. Transcript will be mailed directly to the quarter concerned by this office within a period of 15 working days if application form will be a complete in all respects.

10. In case of correction in particulars i.e. Registration No., Name, Father Name, Mother Name and College Name, the proof of Registration Card/correction slip to be issued by Registration Branch* may be uploaded with scanned copy of DMCs/Degree while filling up online Application Form for transcript.

11. In case of issue of medium of instructions certificate, the candidate will have to submit supporting documents of proof from college/department/DDE and Examination Branch (in case of private candidate)


Procedure for Re-Issue DMC/Degree/Provisional Certificate online :-

Fill Application Form online following procedure given below:

1. Click on Apply now

2. Mandatory items are marked with an asterisk (*).

3. Enter your email and mobile number which will be used for correspondence

. 4. Upload .jpg file of your Signature & Photo. Maximum size of jpg file can be 20KB to 100KB.

5. Upload scanned copy of certificates in a PDF/JPG format. Maximum size of scanned .pdf/jpg file can be 100KB to 300KB .

6. PAY ONLINE will display on the screen after you complete the process of filling the application form.

7. Online Fee Payment Mode through (Net Banking only)

No., Name, Mother’s name & Father’s name, Applicant is required to submit a copy of Registration Card/Correction slip if Registration Card is not available, the student will have to get verified his/her particular from the office of the Registration Branch on ground floor of Examination Wing-II, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra at his/her own level before submit application form online.

Fee Detail

Fee For Transcript :-

1. Transcription :- Rs. 500 (Per Certificate/Document)

2. Postal Charges of Speed Post for abroad :- Rs. 1900/- (Per Set)

3. Postal Charges within the country :- Rs. 50/- (Per Set)


Note:- After applying online for re-issue of DMC/Degree/Provisional certificate and transcript, no other fee is required to be paid on any Link except the prescribed fee already paid by the students at the time of applying online application on the portal of certificate section.

Fee For Other Documents :-

1. Re-Issue DMC :- Rs. 550/- (inclusive Postal Charges)

2. Re-Issue Degree/ Provisional Certificate :- Rs. 800/- (inclusive Postal Charges)

7. Transcript will be issued by Registered Post/Speed Post (for abroad only)/ Online and will not be issued by hand at all.

8. Deposit fee for Postal Charges over and above the transcript fees strictly as per fee prescribed by postal department (Post Office).

9. No person is entitled to apply on someone’s behalf or receive his/her or another person’s Transcript from this office. Transcript will be mailed directly to the quarter concerned by this office within a period of 15 working days if application form complete in all respects.

Instructions for Re-issue DMC/Degree and Provisional Certificate

Fill Application Form online following procedure given below:-

1. All the particulars should be filled in accurately by the candidate. The office will not be held responsible for any kind of change/incomplete form. No application will be entertained thereafter.

2. Application Form will not be received by hand. You can apply for Re-issue DMC/Degree/Provisional Certificate online through www.csdocs.kuk.ac.in

3. DMC/Degree/Provisional Certificate will be issued by Regd. Post and will not be issued by hand.

4. Apply separate application form for each class/semester/part.

5. The requisite Certificate will be issued after the availability of the concerned record. For early issuance of the requisite certificate, if possible, copy of certificate required for re-issue may be uploaded while filling up Application Form for re-issue DMC/Degree/ Provisional Certificate.

6. In case of correction in particulars i.e. Registration No., Name, Father Name, Mother Name and College Name, the proof of Registration Card/correction slip issued by Registration Branch* may be uploaded while filling up Application Form online for re-issue DMC/Degree and the original DMC with incorrect particulars will be treated as cancelled.

7. In case of lost/damaged/destroyed DMC/Degree, photocopy of the requisite certificate (if available) may be uploaded while filling up Application Form for re-issue DMC/Degree and original DMC (Lost) will be treated as cancelled.

8. For issuance of Provisional Certificate , photocopy of the consolidated result (Grand Total DMC) of the requisite examination/class may be uploaded while filling up Application Form online.

9. Re-Issue certificate will be issued after three months from the date of declaration of result and two months after the issuance of original DMC/Degree.

10. In case of any discrepancy, Re-issue DMC/Degree/Provisional Certificate should be returned for replacement to this office within one month from the date of its dispatch. No application will be entertained thereafter.

11. Fee deposited for DMC/Degree/Provisional Certificate will be refunded only if the University is not in a position to issue the Re-Issue DMC/Degree/ Provisional Certificate due to non-availability of record.

12. In case of correction in particulars i.e. Registration No., Name, Father Name, Mother Name and College Name, Re-issue DMC/Degree will be re-issued replacing the original DMC/Degree containing error. Which require to be surrendered to the University by post/courier specify your Application No. on the top of envelope containing original DMC/Degree on the following address:

13. In case of PDC must be upload Consolidated DMC without consolidated DMC not process
